Seljalandsfoss is an amazing waterfall, and it's conveniently located right by the Ring Road (Route 1) ????????

It's famous for the trail that leads behind it and allows you to get a 360 view of the waterfall ????

However, a little further up the South Coast towards the town of Vík, you'll be able to visit Kvernufoss waterfall where you can walk behind the waterfall as well ????

Kvernufoss requires a short hike, approximately 15 minutes depending on conditions, but there are often fewer fellow-travelers by this waterfall ????
