Stormy, anxious days after my van broke down — I CAVED! My wild emergency plan: Viking Ship or Cozy Van Life Camping? Time will tell if my van is salvageable… and if not, I’m ready to try something wild.
This is the week after everything changed. I share my feelings, the options on the table — from Viking ship to truck house, tiny forest cabin, or going fully off-grid — and why I miss van life so much. Starlink becomes a hot topic again for my arctic travel, and I question how my travel vlogs should evolve… especially with Arctic blizzards and snowstorms just around the corner.
Emotional yet cozy, with tapas, coffee, and heavy rain by the cabin where I’m temporarily staying. Plus, I finally visit the service garage — and reveal the results.

❤️ Thank you for watching & supporting this slow-living journey.
Subscribe for more cinematic van life videos from the Arctic, fjords, and blizzards.
Enjoy camping and van life, friends from around the world — especially my viewers in the US, UK, and Canada. I’m always inspired by channels like Trent & Allie, Eamon & Bec, Hobo Ahle, Foresty Forest, and Kombi Life — and proud to share this slow, off-grid life with you from the far north. Personally I enjoy watching Alaska van life, Canadian wilderness Winter off-grid survival & Remote cabins USA / winter bushcraft videos, anything western USA and America really, the Rockies, Sierra Nevada etc etc.
About me: I am a Norwegian adventurer and wilderness explorer. My youtube channel focus on outdoor wilderness adventures and exploration, backpacking, hiking, canyoneering, skiing, climbing and mountaineering. Nights spent in a tent, alone or with friends. From the snow covered mountains and misty fjords of Norway and Scandinavia to the remote plateaus of Yellowstone and the debts of the red canyons of Utah to the summit of Mt Whitney and the heart of Sequoia Kings Canyon National Park. I love the Wilderness! Email is under "For business inquiries", for general questions please comment on a video, I try to answer everyone.
