After surviving a blizzard without winter gear (watch here if you missed it https://youtu.be/4vTp23UiWLM ), I continue my full-time van life journey deep into Norway’s most breathtaking and mysterious fjord country. This time: heavy rain, surprise new snow, and pure off-grid freedom.

For 2 hours, join me as I hunker down alone in my cozy camper van beneath the largest glacier in Europe — Cooking Hamburgers, brewing coffee and enjoying the freedom of off-grid living in my tiny cabin on wheels. I am in the heart of Viking land beneath towering cliffs, glacial waterfalls with ties to Norse mythology and Viking history. I also travel further and explore the Briksdalsbre Glacier, and continue west up onto the troll landscape of Gaularfjellet, a Norwegian Heritage Scenice Road above the fjords.
