First F-road Overlanding in Iceland with my DIY VW T4 Syncro! I arrive in wild Iceland like a blank canvas—no plan, just a few marks on my map. Traveling during the low season meant Icelandic storms battered us right from the start. Exploring the whole island is impossible, but the rugged F-roads call to me more than tourist sights. This is true overlanding—being self-sufficient and testing our custom camper van build to see what this vehicle is capable of!

Watch as we leave the Faroe Islands, arrive in Iceland, explore a WWII US Navy LCM shipwreck in Mjóifjörður, discover the Páskahellir Easter Cave, and camp next to a whale hauling winch wreck.
