The second part of our epic 10 day road trip around Iceland's Ring Road and Westfjords in July 2024! This video starts in the tiny North Icelandic town of Siglufjordur. We continue our drive, heading into the Westfjords, where we spend three nights. We visit the hot tubs next to the ocean in the tiny village of Drangsnes, before continuing to the biggest city in the Westfjords (and one of the most remote in Iceland), Isafjordur. We stay the night in Bolungarvik before continuing to the westernmost point in Iceland, the Latrabjarg Cliffs. We drive around the Snæfellsness Peninsula, but don't get to see too much since the weather was terrible. On our final day, we make the drive back to the capital city, Reykjavik, where we drop our rental car back off.
