Just a lovely day on Tomales Bay sailing SCAMP #330 Wildflower. Team SCAMP was on board; Daniel, Dan, and Sarah. Wind was from the south, which is odd for this spot. Cool winter day, but brilliant sunshine. Jerry showed up in his Lido on his 77th birthday! And friend Dennis also showed up in his Laser. All was filmed using my new Insta360 x3 360 degree camera. Lots of learning to do with it in post production editing! But it was fun to use.

This video is a bit long, but I wanted the memories.

The SCAMP is just made for this kind of sailing. The wind was blowing with white caps from the south. It was so easy to "park" the boat and put in the first reef. Such a safe and stable boat. And, 3 sailors can be onboard with plenty of comfort and room while staying dry too. Plus, we get to beach across the bay and have a lovely lunch. I'm so glad I built a SCAMP!
