Quick update…

I’m officially retiring the daily and weekly “life update” videos.

Not because life isn’t busy.
Not because there isn’t plenty going on.

But because I don’t feel like they add enough value to you.

Moving forward, I want to focus more on lessons learned, business growth, travel hacks, entrepreneurship, deals, leadership, and things that can actually help people.

I’m also about to become much more active on LinkedIn so I can share content directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who can benefit from what we’re learning.

On the business front…

We just celebrated Radiant Energy Partners’ first annual Top Producers Trip in Las Vegas.

What started as an idea has turned into an incredible team, incredible culture, and incredible momentum.

We’re currently on pace to exceed $10 million in revenue next year, and we’re just getting started.

One thing that’s different this time around?

We protect the culture.

Gary Vee says hire fast and fire faster.

We’ve taken that seriously.

We hire people. We give them opportunities. We invest in them.

But if they don’t perform, don’t fit the culture, or don’t want to grow, we move on quickly.

That’s why when we hire 7 to 15 people, only 3 or 4 typically make it long term.

The goal isn’t to build the biggest team.

The goal is to build the best team.

What business lesson took you the longest to learn?
