???? Our Original 6-Day Itinerary (The Plan)
Day 1: Arrival in Reykjavík, explore city (Hallgrímskirkja, Harpa, Sun Voyager). Overnight Reykjavík.
Day 2: Golden Circle → Þingvellir → Geysir → Gullfoss → Seljalandsfoss → Skógafoss → Vík.
Day 3: Vík → Reynisfjara Beach → Fjaðrárgljúfur Canyon → Vatnajökull region → Fjallsárlón & Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon → Diamond Beach → Höfn.
Day 4: Höfn → Vestrahorn → Hengifoss → Stuðlagil Canyon → Lake Mývatn area (Hverir geothermal fields, Víti Crater). Overnight Seyðisfjörður.
Day 5: Seyðisfjörður → drive to Akureyri → explore town → continue west. Overnight Akureyri region.
Day 6: Long drive to Snæfellsnes Peninsula → Kirkjufellsfoss & Kirkjufell mountain. Return to Reykjavík

???? But here’s the thing… That was the plan. Traveling with a baby meant our final itinerary looked very different, as you’ll see in the vlog. We didn’t hit everything, we reshuffled some stops, but that’s the reality of family travel. And honestly? It made the trip even more special.
