This film begins with a small everyday journey.

Instead of driving to the store, I saddle my Icelandic horses and ride along the Norwegian coast to buy a few simple groceries and a cup of coffee.

There is no rush, no plan, and nothing that needs to happen.

The ride follows quiet gravel roads between fields and sea, across a long bridge, and into the small village where the horses wait patiently outside the shop while I step inside.

The day unfolds slowly — hooves on gravel, winter sun on the water, a carrot for the horses, and a quiet coffee in the sun before the ride home.
Some waiting. Some simple work. Quiet moments in between.

This film is not about adventure or achievement.

It’s about a slower rhythm of life, where even a trip to the store can become part of the journey.
