In July 2026 I hiked about 85 miles alone across the Lofoten Islands in Norway. I took the overnight ferry from Bodø to Moskenes, walked to Å and over the mountains past the Munkebu hut to Vindstad, took the Reinefjord boat to Horseid, and used buses to link the rest. After two storm days in Leknes and Gravdal I finished at the E10 near Borg on Vestvågøy. Six walking days on a Lofoten thru-hike, with a tent, a few rooms and a lot of buses.
