This is Winterfell….you can’t help but feel that Jon Snow is about to emerge from the mountains after looking for Whitewalkers… well, this is where a few of the steamy blue cave scenes between Jon Snow and Igriitte were filmed….probably the only GOT scene that has stuck with me. 2. Make Viking coins by forging it with a sledgehammer for IK 2,450 icelandic kronos. 3. Eat an Icelandic hotdog for 1,000 IK. (1 USD = 120 IK)…. My opinion: Costco has better hotdog deal for $1.50 with a drink 4. Buy Icelandic chocolates from their one and only grocery store for $10 a bar. 5. Meet every person in this town of 872 souls. 6. Give up on pronouncing or spelling the names of the places in Iceland.
