Keep those tomatoes chunky, like me????❤️ i love my love and of course Pasta, Cheese, sausage and Sunday sauce????❤️ Cheese Tortellini w/ Sausage & Sunday Sauce is so simple and delicious. Cooking Italian food is so much fun and easy, most of the time because the ingredients, steps and execution do not require a degree in neuroscience! Whether you work during the day, night or not at all the last thing anyone wants to do is cook up a lavish dinner every night! This dish is a prime example of that because you can make the tortellini yourself, buy it from the store or if you’re lucky enough ask a nonna if she can make you some❤️???? I have never made homemade tortellini before so I always use the ones from the store and they have never disappointed my family or I❤️ for the sausage I like to use the Primo sweet sausage out of the casing!

Tortellini w/ Sausage & Marinara
- 1 lb of sausage out of the casing (sweet or spicy! Your choice)
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 7 basil leaves
- 2 cups of Mutti Pealed Tomato
- 1 lb bag of cheese tortellini
- Add a dash of sugar
- Salt & pepper to taste
