This webinar is part of the webinar series “BEYOND COVID-19: NEW CHALLENGES FOR SUSTAINABLE AND INNOVATIVE FOOD SYSTEMS”, organised by the Alliance for Skills and Knowledge to Widen Food Sector-related Open Innovation, Optimization and Development (ASKFOOD) project.

Experts presented the main trends and the evolution in the food-related scenarios caused by both COVID-19 and other environmental and economic factors at global level, along with the impact they have on the future skills and competences of professionals and workforce in the food systems.

ASKFOOD aims at setting, designing and developing tools and training actions and to leverage and boost innovation by strengthening the collaboration and cooperation among all the actors and stakeholders of the food-related sectors.
