We are finally in Nepal after spending 40 days in India! It has been such a long time since I published a vlog so you get a long one now and I really hope you enjoy it. In this vlog we show you our first impressions of Nepal where we explore the capital of the country, Kathmandu city.

We did so many things in Kathmandu! Of course we visited some of the main tourist sites like Durbar square and Monkey temple (Swayambhunath). We also walked a lot around the city, especially in the neighborhood of Thamel where our hotel was located. I bought a Nepalese hat (Dhaka topi), we had some great momos, I got a beard trim & a hair cut, we went shopping and Sigga got attacked by a monkey. All of these things you will see in the vlog!

Nepal and India have a lot of similarities even though there are also a lot of differences. The first major difference we experienced is the noise on the streets. The car horn is being used way less in Nepal. Also, the food is less spicy than in India.
