Toronto police say a tow truck fire in Scarborough on Thursday morning is being investigated as suspicious; Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow is speaking out after recently learning that the federal government plans to only provide a quarter of the funding the city requires to cover the costs of providing interim housing for refugees and asylum seekers; A new tentative deal between Air Canada and the airline’s flight attendants’ union proposes an increase in pay over four years, as well as an hourly rate paid when a plane is not in flight, also known as ground pay.
