THE BOOK OF HALLOWEEN — the full horror film.

Long before trick-or-treat, Halloween was a night of sun worship, sacred bonfires, and wandering spirits. This full-length film brings Ruth Edna Kelley's 1919 classic "The Book of Halloween" to the screen — the complete story of how one ancient festival of the dead survived gods, empires, and churches to become the Halloween we know.

Journey from the sun temples of the ancient world to the Celtic fires of Samhain, through Druid rites, Roman festivals, medieval witch trials, and the fortune-telling games of old Halloween parties — narrated in full, word for word from the original book.
