Northern Lights Shimmer Above Lake in Norway
A vibrant aurora was visible over Manitoba’s South Indian Lake in recently published footage.
The timelapse video shared to Twitter by RJ Roldan shows the breathtaking display of the northern lights reflecting off the lake’s surface.
Roldan told Storyful that he is a “northern lights lover”, and was able to set up his tripod by the lake just in time to catch the spectacle.
Northern lights, also known as aurora borealis, can occur at any time but are most visible to the naked eye during the night at high altitude locations.
