Lockdown continues during the winter in the Norwegian Capital. How do I keep active and positive in these tough times? Well, no matter the temperature the humble bicycle is keeping me going both physically and mentally (although long rides are indoor only)! Big plans for the channel and big plans for the summer (05:58). But in the meantime, watch out for the tramlines whilst cycling!
