23-25. November 2025: After leaving the quiet canyons of La Gomera behind, I’m wrapping up the trip on the largest island of the archipelago: Tenerife.

I am spending my last full day doing what I love most, heading straight into the mountains to chase the views! This ride takes me from the otherworldly volcanic landscape of El Teide National Park (home to the tallest peak in Spain and the third-largest volcanic structure on Earth) to the rugged, prehistoric ridges of Anaga Country Park.
