Departure time: 08:10, Arrival time & sleeping spot: 21:00, Suttene Fallet
Dirven distance: 362 km
Weather: Started dry, but it began to rain—heavily—from 11:00 onwards; after 13:00 it eased up a bit but the rain persisted. Day temperature 14°C lower as yesterday.
Notes: I had no luck finding a place to sleep again; places were either unreachable or fully booked. It is holiday season for the Swedes and the weekend, plus this route runs through inhabited areas with many towns. According to the apps, there aren't many shelters along the TET either. Since it was raining, I wanted overhead cover and kept riding—stopping in the rain means going straight into the tent and 16:00 is too early for that. Eventually, I found a great spot but had to get straight into the tent... Lesson learned: always tension the tent properly, even in the rain, so the outer fly and inner tent don't touch (which causes leaks).
