Seeing as we were out enjoying the delights of the Peak District, we pulled over to take a little time off the bikes and conduct a bit of an interview.
Get the kettle on, sit back and enjoy 37 minutes of Richy telling us about his past, current thinking and his plans for the future.

Sorry for poor image quality, it's a camera that I haven't used in a long while but, unfortunately I needed for using with the bluetooth mic system. If you thought the image quality was poor, it also recorded at a faster speed than the GoPro's so I couldn't marry up the footage easily and made editing a proper headache.
